About Us!

Susan and Brendan are Australians, living the dream both in France and Australia. They own two properties in the South of France. Each has been meticulously restored over the past 15 years. They are available for rent from Spring to Autumn each year.

Brendan is an Architect of 32 years. He is particularly passionate about the architecture and integrity of old buildings. His hands on abilities in all facets of renovations makes him a delight to talk to, relaying many a fascinating story of working and renovating in France.

Susan’s passion for interior design and renovations are inspired by all things French. They both work as a team in all aspects of the renovation process and are completely hands on.

Their latest project involves an enormous group of like minded Francophiles from all over the world who have banded together to purchase of a magnificent ruined Chateau. Sadly neglected for decades and unable to be restored due to the enormous cost by its previous owner, the group has begun the epic journey of saving this fairy tale Chateau.

Over the coming months and years the massive task to return this Chateau to a state that will enable visitors from all over the world to come and enjoy and see for themselves what the power of many can do to preserve such a wonderful piece of French history.
